For the foreseeable future I will no longer be posting orders every day. If you pick the Special Delivery or 1st class options I will get them out asap, otherwise I will be limiting trips to the post office and only posting once or twice per week.
I have reopened international delivery but please be aware there is likely to be a long delay between you placing your order and it arriving. I will not consider a refund until two months have passed from the postage date.
Second class postage is free for UK orders over £30. Standard postage is free for Worldwide orders over £80. If orders are under these values the following shipping prices apply.

Orders will be dispatched within two days of being placed unless otherwise announced or informed. Wherever possible orders are dispatched on the same day if placed before 3pm. You will receive an automated email when your order has been received, as well as when it has been posted. If there are any delays for any reason, you will be informed as soon as they become apparent.
Delayed & Missing Parcels
If you are in the UK and haven’t received your parcel within five working days after it was posted, try contacting your local sorting office. It seems to be more common that they are holding parcels without leaving a card.
For any post sent untracked, we cannot make a claim from Royal Mail until 15 working days have passed. For this reason we cannot offer refunds or replacements until this time has passed.
If you are outside the UK and haven’t received your parcel within 28 working days after it was posted, please check it hasn’t been left for you to collect. We will not refund or replace until two months have passed with no sign of the parcel.
If a parcel is returned due to us being given an incorrect address, we will not refund you so please ensure all addresses are correct. If a parcel is returned to us we offer the option of having the parcel resent to the correct address at your cost, or we will give you a refund of the order price minus the postage cost.
If you place an order after having previous packages go missing, we may ask you to pay for tracked postage, especially if the order is of high value.
If a product is faulty or not as described we will happily let you return it for a full refund including postage costs both ways. Please note colours can vary greatly on different screens, so while we do our best to ensure photographs are as close in colour as possible, we cannot accept a return in this way unless the yarn is wildly different than pictured.
If you simply don’t like the yarn or stitch markers now you’ve seen it, you can return it as long as it is in the original condition. Please contact us if you want to return something. We will need you to get a free proof of postage certificate when you post the item(s) back to us and send them to our business address. If your parcel goes missing and you don’t have proof of postage we will not be able to issue a refund. All refund requests must be made within 14 days of the products being received. We will refund you, minus postage cost, within 48 hours of receiving the returned product.
For parcels outside the EU, customs labels will be affixed with the correct value of the good shown. We will never falsely mark a parcel as a gift.
