International orders are only able to be sent tracked for the time being.
Due to the Royal Mail issues, orders likely won’t be received within the normal timeframes. I will continue shipping as normal but please be aware that delays are to be expected.

Orders will be dispatched within three working days of being placed unless otherwise announced or informed. You will receive an automated email when your order has been received, as well as when it has been posted. If there are any delays for any reason, you will be informed as soon as they become apparent.
Pre-Orders will be dispatched within the time frame detailed on the pre-order page.
International orders are currently taking increased amounts of time to arrive. All customs fees & taxes are the responsibility of the customer. You can calculate how much to expect to be charged using a calculator like the one found at this link. As a small business I am not UK VAT registered so cannot offer any discount on prices to international orders at this time.
I have currently disabled shipping to EU countries as explained in this post. I will re-enable them as soon as I can. If there is anything you are interested in please contact me and I can send you a link to purchase it through Etsy or Folksy, as they will deal with the new VAT rules.
Unfortunately I can no longer ship to France or Spain even through Etsy, due to prohibitive packaging legislation.

Delayed & Missing Parcels
If you are in the UK and haven’t received your parcel within five working days of it being posted, try contacting your local sorting office. They sometimes hold parcels without leaving a card.
For any post sent untracked, we cannot make a claim from Royal Mail until 15 working days have passed. For this reason we cannot offer refunds or replacements until this time has passed. You must contact us within six weeks of your parcel being dispatched to be eligible for a refund or replacement.
If you are outside the UK and haven’t received your parcel within 28 working days since it was posted, please check it hasn’t been left for you to collect. We will not refund or replace until two months have passed. You must contact us within three months of your parcel being dispatched to be eligible for a refund or replacement.
If a parcel is returned due to us being given an incorrect address or because it has not been collected from the delivery office, we offer the option of having the parcel resent to the correct address at your cost, or we will give you a refund of the order price minus the postage cost.
If you place an order after having previous packages go missing, we may ask you to pay for tracked postage, especially if the order is of high value.
Faulty or Not as Described
If a product is faulty or not as described we will happily let you return it for a full refund including postage costs both ways. Please note colours can vary greatly on different screens, so while we do our best to ensure photographs are as close in colour as possible, we cannot accept a return in this way unless the yarn is wildly different than pictured.
Full or Partial Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, you can return it within 14 days of receipt as long as it is in the original condition. Please email email@example.com or use the contact form if you wish to return all or part of an order.
We will need you to obtain a free proof of postage certificate when you post the item back to us. If your parcel goes missing and you do not have proof of postage we will be unable to issue a refund.
We will refund you the cost of the item plus the postage you paid (minus any postage upgrades) within 48 hours of receiving the returned product.
Customs & Fees
All parcels will have customs labels be affixed with the correct value of the goods shown. We will never falsely mark a parcel as a gift. Bluebell Yarns is not liable for any extra incurred costs or fees applied.
