On the last Friday of every month I’ll be featuring projects created with my yarn. If you’d like to be considered, please drop me a message.
May’s featured project is this stunning woven scarf by Linda Knight.
Linda chose to use three different colourways of my Bluefaced Leicester 4ply yarn. For the warp she used the colourways Undyed and Poppy, and for the weft she used Berries & Cream.
I have no experience with weaving so I find it incredibly interesting whenever anyone sends me photos of woven projects using my yarn. It’s great to see how the variegated colourways especially work up very differently whether they’re used in knitting, crochet or weaving.
If you want to see more of Linda’s work you can find her on Instagram as @whittleweaver.
