This is the subscription to the Celebration Day Yarn Club with extras. If you wish to subscribe to the yarn only club you can do so here. If you wish to buy a box individually you can do so here if there are any available. To ensure you receive all the monthly boxes please sign up by the end of February.
The Celebration Day yarn club is a monthly yarn club. The yarns are dyed specially for the club and are based around various celebration days. For example so far this year January was Blue Monday themed, February was Carrot Cake Day themed and March was themed around the International Day of Happiness. Each yarn will be posted during the first week of the month.
For each box you are subscribed to you will receive:
- One or two 100g skeins of themed yarn
- Two small gifts
- An edible treat
You can choose your yarn to be dyed on one of three bases:
- Falkland Corriedale high-twist 4ply – This is great for socks, shawls, hats, gloves, mitts, anything really! It has approximately 400m per 100g.
- 50% British Bluefaced Leicester 50% British Masham 4ply – This is great for anything but socks. It’s a soft, fairly loosely spun yarn. Because it’s naturally grey, dyed colours are muted. It has approximately 400m per 100g. It has approximately 400m per 100g.
- 100% British Bluefaced Leicester DK – This is a gorgeously soft yarn great for accessories and garments. It has approximately 225m per 100g.
None of the yarn is superwash treated so it requires gentle handwashing!
Payment will be taken automatically once per month. The payment will be taken for the following month’s yarn. For example signing up in February will ensure you receive March’s yarn. The date your payment is taken will vary depending on when you initially sign up. You can suspend or cancel your subscription at any time from your account.
