Slainte is part of the Distilled range of DK yarn from World of Wool.
This yarn is not hand-dyed. It was originally bought to stock a shop with something at a lower price point but I’ve found myself with a lot left.
The yarn is a blend of non-superwash 50% British Shetland wool and 50% Tweed Blend (exact fibre content undeclared). It’s lovely and soft with some structure and would make fantastic garments and accessories.
Each DK weight 50g skein is approximately 90m in length.
The yarn has not been superwash treated so requires gentle hand washing unless you intend for it to felt.
